I. Summary:

IPX waterproof rating series test equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of standards which is based on IEC60529, IEC60598, IEC60335, IEC 60034-5:2000, GB2423, GB7000.1, GB4208-1993 “Degrees of protection by enclosures”, GB/T 4942.1-2006 protection class (IP code) of the whole structure of the rotating motor, GB/T 4942.2-93 low voltage electrical enclosure protection grade and so on. This equipment is widely used in the certification and testing organizations of electrical and electronic products and lamps and lanterns and related quality control departments for the waterproof detection of the product's enclosure protection grade (IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6, IPX7, IPX8).

Our equipment has been widely used in domestic commodity inspection bureaus and quality inspection institutes, domestic and foreign product certification laboratories and well-known domestic and foreign electrical and electronic manufacturers. The performance of the equipment has reached the international advanced level with high cost performance.

The complete set of IPX waterproof test equipment includes:

l  IPX1/2 vertical drip test equipment (with 15-degree tilt rotating sample stage);

l  IPX3/4 Intelligent pendulum pipe showering test equipment (with electrically operated automatic turntable);

l  IPX5/6 flushing test equipment (with water supply device and ф6.3mm, ф12.5mm nozzle);

l  IPX7 special water tank for immersion (with stair treads, water level display, etc.);

l  IPX7/8 water-proof test equipment (Æ500mm×1000mm);

l  800L water supply tank;

l  Auxiliary water supply and filtration system (for use with the above products)

Some of the above users can choose the corresponding standard test equipment for testing according to the actual situation.

According to the customer's specific requirements, this equipment includes IPX1~8 functions.

Depending on the degree of automation of the entire system, the configuration is as follows:

l  IPX3/4 adopts automatic type, and the control system adopts servo system + PLC + intelligent touch screen. It can automatically set and adjust the angle, speed, pressure and other parameters of the swing tube.

l  The rest of the equipment is semi-automatic, and the water flow of each waterproof equipment is adjusted by manual adjustment of valves and return. The control mode adopts all centralized touch screen control.
