Pendulum pipe showering test equipment (IPX3/4)

Pendulum tube specification: R400mm、R600mm、R800mm、R1000mm、R1200mm、R1400mm、R1600mm can choose two;

Nozzle angle: 1200 (IPX3), 1800 (IPX4), using the water board way to achieve, IPX3/4 conversion without replacing the swing tube, as long as the water board to block the corresponding angle of the outlet, and fixed.

Pendulum tube material: stainless steel, pendulum tube inner diameter: Φ15mm.

Water nozzle aperture: ￠0.4MM.

Water nozzle: stainless steel production, easy to disassemble and replace. Embedded positioning ball, easy to adjust the angle of water spray.

Swing angle of the pendulum: 120⁰（IPX3）、180⁰、approximately 360⁰ are automatically adjusted.

Fully automatic use of imported servo motor and special reducer, the angle can be set arbitrarily on the man-machine interface, and several common angles and test processes can be preset through the program;

Automatic turntable: turntable radius R300mm; rotation rate 1~5rpm (programmed automatic setting, frequency adjustable), adjustable height (800~1400mm adjustable), with imported portable waterproof socket, convenient sample power test;

Test and power-on time: use the touch screen to automatically set and control the whole process;

Machine structure: composed of active box, slave box, turntable, control system and corresponding pipeline, external parts     are made of stainless steel;

The body structure is made of full 304 stainless steel, beautiful and high-grade generous;

Water supply pumps: 1 set, frequency conversion closed-loop control.

Flow control: manual adjustment and control by rotor flowmeter.

Control system: Imported servo motor is used to control the rotation speed of the swing tube and the turntable, which can display and adjust the angle of the swing tube, the swing speed and the rotation speed of the turntable. According to the specific test requirements of customers, a number of finalizing test program conditions can be designed to facilitate the test;

In order to ensure the smooth flow of needles, equipped with automatic blowing cleaning function, regular needle cleaning, avoid frequent replacement of needles;

At the same time provide 50 sets of needles, sealing rings and other wear and tear consumable parts;
